Perhaps others have said you should talk with someone.
Perhaps you've been keeping something from others.
Perhaps you've sought counsel before and it was or wasn't helpful.
Perhaps you've tried to fix things with all the ways you know how.
Perhaps you've been running from your problems.
Perhaps now is the time for you to share your troubles with me.
I am here to help!
I am a lover and follower of Jesus Christ.
I am a wife of 24 years, and mother of 3 (2 young adults, and 1 child).
I am passionate about people and their well-being. I desire all to walk in wholeness and freedom, and in healthy connection to God and others.
I enjoy time with family and friends, reading, nature and traveling.
I obtained my Master's degree in Counseling at The University of Kansas in 2002.
I served the Army as a Mental Health Specialist from 2000-2004 and served an additional tour in Iraq from 2007-2008.
Aside from military service, I worked as a civilian for the Army for a few years and outside that, have been in private practice.

Long after these words were issued by God, scientists learned that our brains are characterized by neuroplasticity - which means that what we think and feel and understand is altered over time and experiences.
Through the collaborative work of counseling, you can experience positive transformation in your life from the inside out!
